Whoa! Didn't sleep too well last night, spent most of it tossing and turning. Got up at 4:45 to start my day. Today's show, although it's in the "Portland" market area, is about 30 minutes away in Ridgefield, WA.
I haven't had a show in nearly three weeks, and it felt like I'd completely lost my road groove. You ever get that feeling that everything's going by in slow-motion and it just doesn't feel 100% right? That's how today was. To complicate matters, the show settlement tonight took forever. I think we finished around 12:45am, about two-and-a-half hours later than it should have been.
When I finally got into my bunk about 2am, I was completely wiped out…
