Here in North Carolina, the state legislature is on the verge of passing a law prohibiting texting while driving. I wish they'd take that thought to its logical conclusion and ban the use of any portable device while operating a motor vehicle. I'm pretty sure it's already illegal for anyone under 18 to use a cell phone, but it should really cover people of ALL ages.
No shit, I really think that the world is full of much worse drivers than it was 20 years ago…
