Got offered the White Stripes tour today. Not interested. This is the third year in a row I've been offered that gig, but the timing's always bad. I'm committed to my current tour until next March. It doesn't help that if you work for the Stripes, you have to wear a vintage suit. WTF? I told them before that I got into the rock & roll business because I’m not a suit & tie kinda guy.
Saw the Nevers opening for Hobex tonight at the Pour House. Lots of old friends there playing in both of the bands and also in the crowd.
